SURU is a Canadian company founded by the award-winning designer Micahel Uhlarik and Kevin O’Neil. SURU bikes use racing and advanced aerospace technology to manufacture lightweight electric bikes.

Michael and Kevin wanted to design a bike that is strong, practical, and easy to manufacture. They also wanted it to have all the virtues of a bicycle combined with the comfort and engineering of a motorcycle.

The bikes are made in Canada using more than 60% of local materials. The first electric bike made by the company was the SURU Scrambler.
