Tiffinday is a Canadian company based in Ontario producing vegan, ready-made curries. The founders, Seema Pabari and Hubert D’Mello, got the idea for the company when they realised how many of the ingredients used to make South Asian foods in Canada are imported. It didn’t make sense for them that to use imported ingredients when there are wonderful ingredients available on our doorstep.

Before the founders started selling ready made curries, they opened a vegetarian resturant in Toronto’s India Gerrard Bazaar. This helped them to identify best-sellers made with familiar ingredients. The first ready-made curries by Tiffinday debuted at a farmers markets around Toronto in 2014 and proved to be an instant success.

Today, Tiffinday curries are available online and from retailers in Ontario.
