Sleep Trial and Returns
GhostBed mattresses offer a 101-night sleep trial. During the first 101 nights after you receive your mattress, you can test it out to see if it works for you. It takes about 30 days for your body to get used to a new mattress, so GhostBed requires that you wait for at least this long to try your new mattress. If you still don’t like it after the first 30 nights, you can return the mattress for a full refund of your purchase price.
Returns during this time are free. You must fill out a return form on the GhostBed website to get in contact with the customer service team. The team usually replies within 4 business days. After you receive this reply, it is your responsibility to find a local church or nonprofit organization to donate your used mattress. While most other online mattress companies will take care of this for you, GhostBed asks that you inform them where to donate your mattress. Mattresses should be in a sanitary condition to be fit for donation and refund. GhostBed may reject refunds, even during a trial period, for mattresses that are stained, ripped, or damaged. Warranty
The GhostBed Luxe is covered under a 25-year limited warranty. This is one of the longest warranties on the Canadian mattress market. It covers physical flaws in workmanship or materials, as well as indents of greater than 1″ while you use the mattress with a compatible foundation. GhostBed defines a compatible foundation as a box spring, platform bed, or adjustable bed.
A longer warranty means there are more details to consider, though.
