We make digital entertainment. We help gamers earn a profit on every purchase they make in our game.
Tell us about yourself?
Founder of IMU Studios and iPlayMore games and music, Robert birthed the THUNDER! © game series with his love of interactive gameplay. Artistically creative and passionate about entertainment, Robert holds an avid interest in the exchange of video game items as one of the hottest emerging trends. The Video Game industry needs to change into something that is truly better.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Just keep on doing what you think is the best thing to do. It gets easier, and more people will gather to help to fulfill it each year.
What problem does your business solve?
Unlike all other games, we help gamers, developers, and investors earn a greater, more secure return on the time and money that they invest here.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
The game business models are typically all bad for the consumer. So, we have created a fresh one. It’s called ‘Better than Free-to-Play,’ and it is truly a winner for everyone involved.
What is your magic sauce?
No grinding to level up. Free-to-play gamers level up your gear for you. We create Virtual Goods as Game Gear items that only increase in rarity and value over time. Players buy wholesale package deals of game gear and sell it retail to other gamers. Everyone wins, doing what they love best.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Producing the greatest video game ever conceived and the best music soundtracks that include a venue for up and coming artists to broadcast their songs. The greatest game lore ever told around our bonfires, in our comics and novels. To express our marketplace in a mobile game app connected via the web and secured by Blockchain. For all of this to lead to our episodic streaming television show.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
We have wonderful advisors. Financing is the world’s Achilles’ heel. We have reinvented how funding is done. Many offers seem to want half of what we have here without doing half of the work or putting up half of the funds.
