Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers in Beamsville, Ontario was founded in 2012 by Geoff Dillon. All of Dillon’s spirits are made from 100% Niagara-grown grapes or 100% rye grown in Ontario. Dillon’s now has a portfolio offering whisky, vodka, gin, bitters, mixers, and ready-to-drink cocktails.

Anyone living or visiting the region can visit the distillery. Dillon’s has a “sipping room” where you can sample the drinks. There are also guided communal tours of the distillery on weekends at 1 pm, which include the opportunity to taste four of the company’s spirits. You can order drinks made by Dillon’s directly from the company’s website or purchase from LCBO and SAQ stores.
