Torrent Water was founded in Hamilton, ON in 2016 with a mission to produce novel, innovative water treatment systems to remove water hardness without the use of salt. The result (since 2018) is the Torrent 2000, a whole-home novel reverse osmosis (RO) system with fully pressurized storage, simple installation, and a similar footprint to a water softener.
The Torrent 9000, a commercial-size version, was released in 2019 and has found success in restaurants, distilleries, greenhouses and dairy farms. Both systems have been designed in-house by Torrent Water and are protected by patent. They are now manufactured by Torrent Water in Brantford, ON since the company relocated in 2020.
Their products are sold through water treatment professional (our dealers), which currently cover Southern Ontario and are expanding rapidly.
