Tell us about yourself?

A computer science graduate who gravitated to SEO, where he learned various techniques and strategies as a web developer before transitioning into the world of SEO and SEM at SSENSE. While there, he displayed his ability to not only maximize traffic but also a talent to maximize his impact on those he worked with, which led him to a team lead position. Being a person who consistently seeks out challenges, he explored the role of display marketing manager at Beyond the Rack and transitioned into the role of VP at OPM Pros before making the leap from intrapreneur to entrepreneur. Stepping into his new role as CEO, coupled with a desire to optimize not only traffic for his clients but the experience for his people, he adopted the name WebTmize. The name is a constant reminder of his company’s vision to consistently grow individually and collectively, take on new challenges, and the need for a strong, passionate, caring, and driven team to make it all happen.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
