Tell us about yourself?
I started my career path in the hospitality industry. I have always been a people person and love one-on-one interaction with professionals from multiple industries. I have always had a passion for talent acquisition. Working in the staffing business gave me more exposure to support clients with needs from various industries, and I worked with multiple skill sets of people.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Patience, Perseverance, Ethics and Continuous Improvement is the key to continuous growth and self-enhancement.
What problem does your business solve?
We provide the right type of professionals in the right type of industries, making sure the client has a high retention rate and a positive work environment with critical roles. Clients have a lot of other day-to-day tasks on their hands. Our job is to provide seamless recruitment and narrow down the top-tier candidate profiles for their open positions. This saves them time so that they may allocate their priorities to other areas of their business.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
Career enhancement and providing a strong foundation for professionals in various industries. We provide a proper foundation for growth to help clients achieve their goals in the process of hiring appropriate resources and increasing productivity in the bargain.
What is your magic sauce?
We provide a personal touch both for the clients as well as candidates. Also, we take pride in building strong, long-term relationships with all our contacts. We are not just another agency fulfilling requirements for our clients but an agency that believes in building a strong foundation of trust and long-term commitment.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
The next five years would be to consciously work with new and existing clients, evolve with the market trends, educate both the clients and candidates in changing market conditions, and provide valuable inputs in staffing to the local community.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
The biggest challenge we have faced is everchanging market conditions which have enabled clients to make tough decisions. COVID-19 has been a real challenge in terms of staff confidence to work onsite and also restricted clients from having a personal touch with their existing employees.
