Yocale is a cloud-based, configurable, end-to-end business management solution for service-based businesses. The Yocale Network is an integrated community ecosystem of its business and consumer users.

Yocale builds its two-sided community of service providers and consumers by providing a customizable solution to help businesses with every aspect of their core operation: automating, streamlining, and growing their clientele. Yocale also helps its member community by connecting them to the service providers in their locale and helping manage their appointments journey.

The Yocale platform caters to a broad range of businesses, from SMBs to large enterprise appointment-based businesses in a variety of industries, including health, beauty, and professional services, in addition to more niche packaged offerings, such as telehealth.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

The value of time PLUS live in the present moment: Practice mindfulness and be present in the moment. Don’t worry too much about the past or future.

Be kind to yourself: Treat yourself with kindness and self-compassion, especially during challenging times. Remember that you are doing the best you can with what you have.

What problem does your business solve?

Connecting consumers to service providers is a two-sided challenge. On the consumer side, to find and book an appointment is a daunting task. On the other side, while service providers are highly skilled in their field of specialty, they are often ill-equipped to handle the day-to-day operations of running a business and connecting with consumers seeking their services. There is a whole set of tools, skills, and an ecosystem required to sustain and grow a service-based business.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Yocale is designed to fill a gap in the service industry, providing easy-to-use, accessible technology for busy business owners. The company is building its footprint globally and expanding its FinTech platform to benefit smaller businesses.

What is your magic sauce?

Yocale has filled a fragmented market where the competition has concentrated on either one feature or a specific industry. Instead, Yocale has created a configurable all-in-one solution while still leaving business owners feeling as if the solution is tailored to fit them. In addition to helping businesses automate and streamline their business, Yocale also helps them with new client acquisition and to grow their business.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
