If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
The value of time PLUS live in the present moment: Practice mindfulness and be present in the moment. Don’t worry too much about the past or future.
Be kind to yourself: Treat yourself with kindness and self-compassion, especially during challenging times. Remember that you are doing the best you can with what you have.
What problem does your business solve?
Connecting consumers to service providers is a two-sided challenge. On the consumer side, to find and book an appointment is a daunting task. On the other side, while service providers are highly skilled in their field of specialty, they are often ill-equipped to handle the day-to-day operations of running a business and connecting with consumers seeking their services. There is a whole set of tools, skills, and an ecosystem required to sustain and grow a service-based business.
