Unbun is a Canadian company that was founded in 2017 in London, ON by Gus Klemos. Gus wanted to eat his hamburgers with a bun that he really enjoyed but he found that it was difficult to find one that he liked. His company was born after he decided to try to create his own version of a healthy bun. He wanted to make a bun that was delicious and also addressed all of the dietary restrictions that he had.
