As President of KPI Digital, I lead an innovative team with extensive Digital Transformation, Analytics, and Performance Management expertise and experience. I have spent the last 35 years developing and implementing strategies and solutions for organizations in North America across multiple industries, including Retail, Insurance, Telco, Banking and Manufacturing.
I am an entrepreneur, and as a founder of KPI Digital, I strive to help businesses grow by monetizing their data, understanding their customers, and aligning their business.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Listen to your customers, adapt to their challenges, and understand their objectives.
What problem does your business solve?
Our clients have challenges and objectives. We help our clients align and understand their data and accompany them on their business transformation journey using a discovery, strategy, execution, and governance process. We build roadmaps and help our clients’ innovate.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
I love how the KPI Digital family works together with a commitment to each other and to their clients. There’s great energy across our team to acquire more knowledge and achieve more results. You can feel it in our meetings internally and with clients.
We are trying to help our clients align on their challenges and objectives. We act as enabler to our clients so they can better understand their customers by helping them architect, govern, and visualize their data to make insightful decisions.
What is your magic sauce?
We have a proven approach; crawl, walk, and run. We build strategies and roadmaps and deliver based on our audits, assessments, and workshops.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We are in hyper growth mode. Over the next five years, we plan to expand globally and particularly by extending our offerings around data and analytics.
Our primary objective is to capture the global market, with a specific emphasis on the mining, manufacturing, banking, insurance, and retail sectors. Through our investments in mining solutions, we have developed game changing planning optimization software and services that can significantly enhance the competitive edge of companies worldwide.
Our vision is to establish ourselves as a prominent player in the mining industry, as well as a leading provider of data and analytics solutions worldwide.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
One of our greatest challenges has been related to people, specifically in hiring the right individuals who can execute our offerings effectively. We have always had a proven strategy, but the ability to deliver on that strategy has been a struggle.
Despite hiring many talented individuals, we found that some could not execute and deliver results. However, we have since changed course and restructured our company to be geared towards execution. This has helped us to better identify and hire individuals who not only possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience, but also have a track record of delivering results.
While finding the right people remains a challenge, we are now better equipped to tackle this obstacle head-on and ensure that our plans are executed successfully.
