Steam Whistle Brewing was founded by three friends who had all worked at a microbrewery in Canada. When the brewery was bought out by a large national company, it was closed down, and the three friends found themselves without jobs. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it led to them starting their own brewery.

Steam Whistle’s brewery is located in Toronto, Ontario where the Steam Whistle Pilsner is made using only four all-natural ingredients. The company believes in focusing on one thing and doing it exceptionally well, which is why you will not find any other beers made by Steam Whistle.
