Rudolph’s Bakeries is a Canadian company that was established in 1951. The company was founded by baker Dieter Rudolph Paech who brought his Bavarian baking methods with him from Germany. The company carries on the Bavarian bread-baking style to this day. They use grains sourced from Canada and only organic sour. Their breads are baked in traditional ovens using a slow method to bring out the best quality and taste. Their specialty is sourdough bread.

Rudolph’s produces three categories of bread: Bavarian, Swedish and Old World.
