I started in the industry at three years old and stayed in the industry all my life. I did other things along the way, which helped me establish my business.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Always be prepared for the unthinkable! Never take business for granted.
What problem does your business solve?
We supply models and actors for advertising, movies, and commercials.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
We love seeing our talent in media and on screen. We have a real sense of accomplishment and gratitude.
What is your magic sauce?
We work 24/7, and our availability ensures no questions go unanswered. We have an excellent staff that is truly dedicated.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Our plan is to constantly change and evolve with all new technology. We are always developing strategies to help make our business run like a well-oiled machine. We are always learning and incorporating new programs to make everything more efficient.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Our biggest challenge was COVID-19. However, sometimes, when things seem tough, we get stronger. The pandemic caused us to move everything online and create a better work environment. Doing so has ensured we handle matters quickly and more efficiently.
