Heartwood Farm and Cidery, based in Erin, Ontario produces both alcoholic and non-alcoholic craft ciders using locally sourced natural ingredients, e.g. farm grown fruit. The three Sparkling ciders produced are: sour cherry, organic apple and Ontario pear. Alcoholic beverages include: apple cider (Forest Garden), farm grown cayenne pepper and honey (Eve Goes Badass), mulled cider with maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, etc. (Wassail) and dry-hopped (Hoppity).

In addition to crafting cider, Heart Wood Farms offer various experiences for visitors such as: opportunities to interact with farm animals and learn about regenerative farming, overnight stays, retreats, and meetings.
