Smythe is a women’s wear fashion label launched in 2004. The best-friend duo behind Smythe had different styles but wanted to bring one perfect garment to the world: the perfect blazer for women. In the intervening years, they’ve created a well-tailored blazer that fits perfectly. From this, they’ve created an entire label based on tailored, ready-to-wear fashion.
Their core collection includes a variety of blazers in different styles and silhouettes. They also make dresses, blouses, jackets, sweaters, shorts, and skirts. Aside from the core collection, Smythe has a featured Smythehouse line. This line features classic silhouettes and some of the favourites from throughout the years, including the style made popular by the Duchess of Cambridge when she drew worldwide attention to the brand.
This label is designed and produced in Canada. Some knit and crochet pieces are made by indigenous artisans in Bolivia, which helps bring profit to their communities.
