Lost Aviator Coffee began in 2020, when two airline pilots could no longer fly due to broad travel restrictions. Founded in Guelph by these coffee enthusiasts, Lost Aviator Coffee values ethical sourcing, sustainability, and great coffee. They want to support local farmers, direct trade with global partners, and fair trade principles in sourcing their beans. All beans are roasted in Ontario once they arrive. Some of their partners farm beans in Brazil, Peru, and Ethiopia.
