Saltwinds Coffee is a unique Canadian coffee company. Since they started in 2001, they have used an ‘ocean air infusion’ process for their roasted coffee. This leads to a better-tasting coffee with a fuller, richer taste than traditionally roasted coffee. This method was inspired by historical accounts of how coffee used to be shipped on wooden sailing ships and tasted better as a result. 

Saltwinds Coffee is available online and in stores across Canada. They sell taster packs to allow you to get a glimpse at what their full bags offer.
