Lise Watier is a Canadian company owned by Groupe Marcelle, a Canadian-owned umbrella company that operates Lise Watier, Marcelle, Annabelle, and CW Beggs and Sons. Groupe Marcelle is the largest Canadian cosmetics manufacturer with over 400 employees across the country. They began in 1972, with over 50 years of dedicated service. Lise Watier, at least, is 100% made in Montreal. Most of their products are made with 100% Canadian-sourced ingredients. 

However, there are some products that are partially made in the US (including their eye pencils). A few of their products (not many!) use raw materials from an international supplier. This is usually only the case when Canada can’t supply the raw ingredients needed to create the product. That said, Lise Watier and Groupe Marcelle says 80% of their processing and materials come from Canada.
