Dufflet Pastries was established in 1975 by Dufflet Rosenberg. The original Dufflet store opened on Queen Street West in Toronto in 1982 and has become a Toronto institution. Since 2006, the President of Dufflet Group Inc. has been Daniele Bertrand and in 2009 the company’s head office moved to a larger facility in Etobicoke.

Dufflet’s products range from cakes to cookies and from celebration to wedding cakes and each item is hand-made from scratch using premium ingredients. The products do not contain hydrogenated fats or oils, artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Dufflet also offers gluten-free and vegan products and supplies many restaurants, cafes, grocers, and gourmet food shops across Canada.
