Quinta Quinoa was founded by Jamie Draves after he was diagnosed with a rare condition called idiopathic pancreatitis. It is a rare condition that doesn’t have a known cause, cure, or treatment. Together with a healthcare team he put together, Jamie formulated a health plan with a strict diet where quinoa was a staple. This inspired Jamie to develop the highest protein and nutrient-rich quinoa on the market.
