Tell us about yourself?

My cumulative experience is in information systems, software development and internet marketing allowing me to be a creative problem solver and a results-oriented project manager. As an analytical thinker, I am able to see the big picture and create a roadmap to tangible results. I can reconcile the gaps between advanced technological concepts and practical applications, even filling in for employees or full departments when needed at Big Bang. I am always willing to adapt my strategies to meet the needs of my clients, as each business is unique in its processes. As a practical designer, I aim to use existing tools and out-of-the-box solutions to create a perfect fit with a client’s requirements and business culture.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

If I could go back in time, I would advise myself to prioritize the growth and development of talented young people internally rather than trying to find expertise outside the company. I learned that the time spent scouting, attracting, onboarding and adapting our processes to external candidates with shiny and impressive resumes could have been better spent staffing young people and giving them the resources and training dedicated to experienced hires that didn’t end up growing with the company.

What problem does your business solve?

Big Bang helps uncover insights and streamline any organization’s processes and systems by making a substantial impact on their customers, increasing their sales funnel and close ratio, and leveling up clients’ operational efficiencies.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Before I founded Big Bang, I was annoyed at the consulting offer of big firms which I found misadapted to the mid market. I was seeing that SMEs were having to deal with too many useless slideshows and not gaining enough results. The company was founded with the mission to make SMEs more efficient through implementation of cutting-edge business management and process automation software. This is based on our vision that all people, in every organization, should have direct access to the information that enables them to do their best work, from anywhere, every day. We want to make that vision a reality for enterprises of all sizes and industries.

What is your magic sauce?

Big Bang is a strategic service company aiming to be a one-stop shop for all cloud business needs – no matter what the software is. This unbiased product vision and customer-centric approach distinguishes us from the competition.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Big Bang aims to become the most trusted independent consultant team specializing in business management, collaboration, and automation solutions. We will continue growing in terms of size and geographical footprint, with new global incorporations on the horizon. We will also expand our service, offering to integrate other digital transformation services such as cybersecurity, which is consistent with our aim of being a true one-stop shop for our customers.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Given the breadth of our service offering and software solutions, designing the onboarding and training paths was a huge challenge. We leveraged the expertise we have in-house to create training paths per product and per function to provide our employees with clarity for leveling up their skills.
