Amanda Lynn Gluten Free is a wholly Canadian company founded by Amanda Lynn DeSutter. Since 2015, the company has been located in Anola, Manitoba. Amanda Lynn started to explore the idea of creating her own gluten free food after she was at a family event and was unable to enjoy her grandmother’s delicious perogies. She had been diagnosed with Celiac disease but she did not want this to prevent her from eating this Manitoba staple.

She perfected her own perogy recipe after some trial and error and has not looked back since then.
