Greg Bennett

All-Lift is in the business of supplying, servicing, and renting material handling equipment along with the supply of racking and layouts needed to support the materials being handled.

Tell us about yourself?

I studied marketing, but it was sales that interested me most. I wanted to control my income. I found getting along with all sorts of different personalities came easy to me, and I found enjoyment in making new friends. It sure didn’t look like work to me at the time.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Don’t worry so much. You’ll still be alive, and you’ll still own your house. Seriously!

What problem does your business solve?

We solve material handling issues, find ways to create more space, handle products in a safer manner, and work more efficiently.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

A family-run business, and of course, wanting to impress my father was always high on the list. My need to prove my worthiness to myself was of utmost importance. It’s ever-evolving, though.

What is your magic sauce?

We don’t pay our techs by the hours they bill or the parts they sell. This way, the customer can be sure they’re only getting what they need and billed for the proper amount of time. Our forklifts don’t have proprietary service software, which gives the customer options and the ability to service it themselves should they want to.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Support the structure that has been built to handle the massive amount of growth the company has achieved in the last five years.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Change in itself has been the toughest, realizing, implementing and following through.

How can people get involved?

We can be reached at 1-800-644-1971. If you require sales, service, rental, parts or training of material handling equipment, we want to hear from you!
