Tell us about yourself?
Coming from a governmental and political background, I started my online entrepreneurship journey back in 2016 when I established my first e-commerce business, selling private labels on Amazon. Within a year, what first started as a hobby quickly transformed into my ongoing passion.
In 2019, after visiting China and travelling for a year, I had the privilege to start consulting 1on1 and providing some services. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to tie up two of my passions: people and e-commerce. I partnered with my friend Pavel, and we founded RPGECOM, fully bootstrapped to this day, Amazon Marketing Agency.
Fast forward four years, RPGECOM has 25 employees in three global offices in Ontario, Tel-Aviv, and Thessaloniki, hundreds of loyal clients, and an established reputation in the Amazon global community and industry.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Going globally with full power and not looking back. Delivering all the goods we have built to as many international brands as possible and helping them flourish on Amazon.
What problem does your business solve?
We ease the path for e-commerce or physical brands to launch smoothly on the Amazon marketplace with strategic tailored-made consulting, branding, creative services, SEO, marketing, and unique holistic management packs that provide high-end professional growth and scale.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
I think once we saw the impact of the value we were providing our clients, it really inspired and encouraged us to move forward and develop more services and solutions.
We believe that selling on Amazon is a complex puzzle consisting of various elements that are very different from any other e-commerce platform.
We are doing our best to provide our clients with ever-lasting success on the platform and going through in-depth research and analysis every time we need to solve a challenging problem or hit a new target. We then build tailored-made strategies and deliver uncompromising growth and scale, all while emphasizing reliability, transparency, and realistic objectives and performance.
What is your magic sauce?
A couple of years ago, when we had to differentiate ourselves from other service providers, the main thing that bothered us was that many of them were hiring different freelancers and virtual assistants to do the hard and important work cheaply for Amazon brands. This led to a malfunctioning growth management that we wanted to solve.
Hence, we came up with the idea that everything we offer our client will be coming from in-house solutions, teams, and procedures we have developed on our own with years of experience. So SEO, creative services, advertising, cataloguing, consulting, technical solutions, regulations and legal appeals, brand management, and customer support are all done in a comprehensive, unique holistic management umbrella we provide our portfolio brands.
When we onboard a new client, we are literally going under the car to analyze and diagnose all aspects of the brand – logistics, supply chain, creative assets, SEO, advertising, pricing, competition, market and economics. This allows us to come up with a strategy that impacts the brand’s growth and profitability very quickly.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Each new market/country we step into, we slowly position ourselves as a very high-end service provider with strong social proof and reputation, so my vision is to keep conquering new markets and delivering our special RPG essence of doing Amazon on the highest level.
Personally, I would also like to develop new abilities and skills to support our clients, D2C & B2B solutions, digital marketing, social media, and other sources of traffic and marketing while maintaining our center of Amazon e-commerce.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Overdelivering from day one also means being pricey and offering top services, which is really challenging when you are still new to the market and not many have heard about you. It takes time until our name goes word of mouth and brands start hearing about us.
Staying loyal to our path and ideals was the most challenging for us, and it’s always there to remind us what made us so special.
How can people get involved?
On the one hand, any e-commerce or physical brand that wishes to set up their Amazon store must do it almost perfectly with no mistakes nowadays, so we will be glad to offer them a special set-up solution, tailored-made to each client, where we take care of all the hassle in the most uncompromising professionalism.
