Joel Waldman

Our mission is to double the impact of the world’s non-profit organizations. We do this by optimizing our clients’ operations so they can accomplish more. Working with clients for over 22 years, we have become experts in Fundraising Operational Efficiency.

Tell us about yourself?

I have been in software sales for over 20 years. In 2016, I joined Blackbaud – a leader in fundraising and related non-profit software solutions. During this time, I worked closely with eSimpleIT – a Blackbaud partner. I joined eSimpleIT in early 2021.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

eSimpleIT is a fantastic company to work for. I am fortunate to work with great colleagues and wonderful, mission-driven clients. If I could go back in time, I would join the eSimpleIT team even sooner.

What problem does your business solve?

We help non-profit organizations optimize their operations so that they can accomplish more. We do this by improving the efficiency of their operations and automating many of their repetitive, high-volume tasks.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Non-profit organizations are all trying to do more with less. We help them by freeing up their time to raise more money and deliver more services to their constituents.

What is your magic sauce?

We are experts in Fundraising Operational Efficiency. Our clients rely on our expertise so they can focus on their mission.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

Over the next five years, we will expand our product offerings to provide even more automation and efficiencies to our clients. We will also be expanding on the number of non-profit software solutions we support.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Historically we were a service-first company. Our biggest challenge was the move to deliver on our business process automation platform – called the Charity Automator.

How can people get involved?

We want all non-profit organizations who are looking to grow but struggling with how to go about it to reach out. Please give us a call at 1-888-977-9455 or send me an email at: joel@esimpleit.com.
