If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Two years ago was the heart of the pandemic, and I would just tell myself to push through and to trust my hard work as it’s opening doors. I would go back even further to give myself or anyone this advice. Anything is possible with the will to succeed.

What problem does your business solve?

Our programs, products, and services are designed to empower teams and harvest and analyze the data companies need to accomplish their goals and exceed their customers’ expectations. We provide customized programs for those who not only want to measure and improve their CX programs but strive to be at the top of their field.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

We wanted to offer a made-in-Canada mystery shopping solution for Canadian businesses, as the majority of mystery shopping companies operating in Canada were from the U.S.

What is your magic sauce?

Our people and our processes. We stand behind our flexibility and quality and offer customer service second to none. Our clients are an extension of us and part of our team.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We will continue to grow and invest in the newest technologies to continuously offer our clients the best of the best.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Like many businesses, the pandemic was the biggest challenge we faced (outside our initial start-up), and we temporarily lost 90 per cent of the work we were doing.
