I earned my software engineering degree. I have won several programming contests supported by IBM and HP. I also gained valuable experience by working with companies like Tintash and Ebryx, both of which were founded and led by Stanford alumni.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
I launched EvolveDash right after crossing the age of 30 to gain industry experience. Looking back, I believe I should have bypassed that step and initiated the company around the age of 25.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Hiring. Hands down. Identifying the brightest minds and bringing them on board poses our greatest challenge. These individuals are valuable assets, and their discovery can be quite challenging.
