Established in 1951, Brothers Meats is a family-run business founded by Maximillian Kielbratowski. An immigrant from Poland, he brought Old World recipes with him and to this day, the company continues to uphold the legacy of authentic hardwood-smoked meats. Today, the company is run by twin brothers Peter and Andre, along with the next generation, Crystal and Jessica, who continue to craft premium smoked meats using time-honored techniques.

Located in North End Halifax, Brothers Meats is known for its pepperoni, producing over 2,000 pounds daily in a range of flavors. The carefully curated selection also includes sausages, smoked bacon, cold cuts, and a variety of cheeses.
