Don’t stress about circumstances outside of your control, and try to just focus on what you can by prioritizing.
What problem does your business solve?
Customer expectations of an Amazon-like experience are transcending across all industries. This poses a problem to small and medium businesses that are trying to keep up with this expectation.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
The inspiration was understanding that it requires a lot of technology and expertise to create a seamless customer experience to that of Netflix.
What is your magic sauce?
Our magic sauce was dissecting all the requirements to deliver a seamless authentication, billing, and authorization experience and providing them in an easy-to-use manner.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Our vision is to deliver a seamless experience to millions of businesses looking to elevate their customer experience.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Growing the team to more than 50 members was a challenge.
