At Visitor Queue, we help B2B businesses accelerate growth by enabling them to identify the 98% of website visitors that don’t convert.

Tell us about yourself?

After graduating from Fanshawe College, I immediately went and worked for a marketing agency. I quickly learned that agency life wasn’t for me and took a job as the Marketing Manager for a mid-size B2B company in London, ON. While working in this role, I saw the need for sales and marketing teams to better identify their website traffic – which led to me starting Visitor Queue.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

I would tell myself to build out a local team to complement our remote team. I think both are crucial to the success of a company and something that we only started focusing on over the past 6 months.

What problem does your business solve?

We enable companies to identify their anonymous website traffic so their sales and marketing teams can follow up with them.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Coming from a sales and marketing background, I have always been interested in technology that enables revenue acceleration. So at Visitor Queue, we focus on building tools that allow other companies to scale.

What is your magic sauce?

We are different from our competition by building our own data sources that can’t be reproduced or rebuilt. It took us several years to build these up and work with 100s of companies.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We want to launch additional solutions in the sales and marketing data space that enable revenue teams to accelerate their growth even further.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

About 2.5 years back we have an integration with Google Analytics that was crucial in our data flow to our clients. A few endpoints we needed from their APIs were removed which caused our service to go down and for us to have to rebuild 70% of our system. We were able to do so and come back stronger and with better data.
