Island Lavender Distillery started as a summer project for owner Trish Tymstra. When demand for their fresh lavender products grew, they scaled the business to meet demand. Now they ship their various lavender products across Canada, run farmer’s market booths, and have an open season where visitors are welcome at the farm.
