The Great Canadian Soap Co. is a rather unique soap company since they make soaps from goat milk. The story of the company starts with the founder and her family acquiring a herd of dairy goats back in 2000. Because the goats produced more milk than they could drink, they began to experiment with making soaps. The founder of the company became an official soap maker and is an accredited member of the Handcrafted Soap Maker’s Guild.
By 2003, they opened a soap shop in a garden shed. Many of the customers who tried the soup found that it had a positive effect on their skin conditions, including eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis. The Great Canadian Soap Co. is committed to only using natural ingredients and providing their customers with natural products they have come to know and enjoy.
