inletAP is a Canadian accounts payable automation platform designed specifically for property management companies. The software helps teams manage high volumes of vendor invoices by automating much of the intake, coding, approval, and posting process while working alongside existing property management systems.

Vendors can send invoices to a dedicated email address, where inletAP extracts invoice details, applies predefined rules to assign the appropriate property and general ledger account, and routes bills for approval. Approved invoices can then be posted directly to QuickBooks Online or exported through a customizable CSV for other accounting systems.
