Craft-Bilt Materials Ltd first began operating in April of 1992 when it bought assets from Wrisco Ltd. which was a major supplier of patio covers, awnings, and enclosure material. For 17 years Craft-Bilt operated from Wrisco’s old location in Markham, Ontario but in February 2009, the company moved to its current, custom-designed facility in Ajax, Ontario.

Today Craft-Bilt offers an extensive range of products which includes railing kits, patio cover kits, and sunroom kits. They have a line of retractable fabric shades that includes solar screens, patio awnings, and motorised screens among others.
