Souris Sauces is a Canadian-owned and operated family operation located in Souris, PEI. They were established in 2019 by Jim and his wife Josee. They have a 4-acre property in PEI where they grow and produce their creations. Jim has always had a passion for creating sauces and preserves (his brine recipe was passed on to him from his mother) so he decided to make and sell his recipes to a wider audience.

Souris Sauces produces five categories of products for you: premium sauces, jellies, jams, preserves and salsas. The produce that goes into each product is grown without pesticides on their farm and each small batch is handmade and carefully created without fillers or gums. Some of the sauces you can purchase from them are Siren’s Hot Sauce, Seaside Salsa and a Raspberry Reaper hot pepper jelly that is said to be seriously hot!
