Tell us about yourself?
I have worked extensively in the digital transformation industry over the past 20 years in various domains. I wanted to considerably automate methodologies derived from human intelligence, such as lean six sigma practices, into AI-enabled bots that seamlessly augment day-to-day business engagements. Hence founded EZOFIS, an enterprise low-code solution to digitize and automate businesses leveraging AI and ML technologies.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
I should have added more talent to the current workforce thriving to deliver the futuristic solution to hankering business problems.
What problem does your business solve?
We transform businesses to gain financial stability by providing agility to their business operations to address the dynamic market using our no-code process automation solution. Also, we address enterprise challenges such as workflows that consume time, cost, and human interventions. We enable mid-markets to acquire and retain customers by providing a customer-centric engagement platform for better customer collaboration.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
There has always been a gap between what companies want to achieve and their results. The impact of the results is predominantly from external factors such as global pandemics, skillset shortages, financial crises, and customer expectations. We want to augment AI-enabled workflow automation services to the human workforce to provide a collective output for businesses who wish to scale their operations at low cost, be competitive using agile techniques, acquire more customers, and achieve their profit goals.
What is your magic sauce?
We call our magic sauce FEDSS. It stands for Flexibility, Experience, Dependability, Scalability, and Simplicity.
Flexibility: Every business is unique on its own. We consult and provide customization as part of our solution delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations. EZOFIS has many flexibilities as a product, such as using flexible authentication and storage with Google, Office 365, and Dropbox.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
We will continue our research and development into AI and ML, which will help us upgrade our product to offer more automation capabilities. We will create unique use cases addressing the rapidly changing markets due to complex and unexpected challenges.
In the next five years, EZOFIS will be one of the companies with 100 percent global coverage listed on the Fortune 500 companies. We will be the global market leader in the digitization and automation industry with the highest market share. We will continue to be people-focused and constantly learn and improve our knowledge to be thought leaders in this industry.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Finding the right talent. As a team and a family, we have ambitious goals to achieve and provide futuristic solutions. We thrive together and need more family members to achieve our goals and lead a work-life balance.
