Covered Bridge Potato Chips is a family-run company located in Hartland, New Brunswick, which hosts the longest covered bridge in the world. The surrounding area, Saint John River Valley, is known as Canada’s potato county and this is where the company’s farms are located.

The company’s founders, Matt and Ryan Albright, started producing Covered Bridge Potato Chips in 2009. However, the original recipe for the potato chips dates back to the 1920s. All potato chips by Covered Bridge are gluten-free and made without artificial flavouring, colouring, or preservatives. The potato chips are widely available across the North American markets online and in-store.

Anyone living in or visiting the area can also go on a tour to see how Covered Bridge Potato Chips are made.
