Best is Fresh is a Canadian company that was started over 20 years ago. In 1999, the founders took their first patch of fresh salsa to Kamloops farmer’s market. It was a slow start at the market but before the day was over, they had sold out.

To aid the sales, they developed a tortilla chip to go with their salsa. It wasn’t their intention to make them to sell. However, people at the market loved the chips so much, that the founders decided to sell them, too, and founded Fresh is Best.

Today Fresh is Best is available to buy online and in stores across Canada and the product line has been extended with Guacamole, taco shells, and more.
