Biosteel is a Canadian sports drink brand known for its sugar-free hydration products, marketed as a healthier alternative to traditional sports drinks. Founded in Toronto, it gained popularity through endorsements from professional athletes and partnerships with major sports leagues (NHL, etc.). The drinks contain electrolytes and natural sweeteners like stevia, with a focus on hydration and recovery. 

Biosteel struggled financially and filed for bankruptcy in 2023 after its parent company, Canopy Growth, stopped funding it. It was purchased by Windsor, Ontario entrepreneur Dan Crosby who has been revitalizing the company by opening new operations centers in Ontario and new partnerships with sports leagues.
