Tell us about yourself?
After an eclectic education in philosophy, mathematics, physical sciences, and business communication, I worked for almost 20 years as a consultant in digital solutions management. I fell into the management of digital projects as if by chance. I was looking for an internship in business communication, and my CV attracted the French HRD of a large insurance group that had a project to implement a website to connect all the overseas branches. My eclectic profile immediately interested her for this position.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Keep listening to your inner voice, and follow your vision. At every moment, focus on what is most valuable to you in relation to your vision. Don’t forget that time and energy are limited, so do the right thing at the right time here and now. Future and past don’t exist, only the present.
What problem does your business solve?
Everything related to developing digital solutions, managing deadlines, budget, resources, meeting business value, and doing the right thing on time and on budget.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
The human genius, and improving the connection between human and digital. Remember that technology is only a tool to be mastered.
What is your magic sauce?
Our very agile, down-to-earth approach, our pragmatism, and our simplicity in human relations. The human in first, the machine in second. A business value-oriented development approach.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Reach 300 employees worldwide, market our own digital products, and expand in Africa. Diversify our services, and be present at CES as a presenter.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
The work overload. Having to ensure the development of the company while being front on the delivery of certain projects.
