Tell us about yourself?

I founded Bang Marketing 26 years ago. After studying literature and marketing, I jumped into entrepreneurship like my grandfather, father, and sister. It runs in the family! The decision to launch an agency arose because a friend wanted to get started, so I joined his project. Eight years later, I bought his shares to reposition the firm as a B2B boutique agency.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Continue to trust your instincts. I invited two employees to become partners two years ago, and I haven’t regretted it. The best decisions of my career have been made relying on my gut.

We are working on a plan to ensure that Bang will continue to thrive without my day-to-day involvement in operations, primarily sales.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

The pandemic has been our biggest challenge but our most significant opportunity so far. We completely transformed the business from lead generation to accounting and moved it to an integrated digital environment. We can work remotely from anywhere worldwide, which has brought much freedom for me and my employees.
