Tell us about yourself?
A skydiver since 1994, and I have always been passionate about human flight. I like adventure fashion and have always been attracted to adventure gear manufacturing.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Slow down and take your time. Do not rush into things. Step back and make sure you’re aware of the implications in the long term. Hire the right people who have a good attitude, skills, and knowledge that will complement the evolution of the business. Do not ever sit back and except it will always be a certain way.
What problem does your business solve?
We manufacture custom-built flight suits for outdoor and indoor skydiving.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
I wanted to stay in the sport in the long run and create gear aimed at serving skydivers while allowing my creativity and vision to become a reality.
What is your magic sauce?
The patterns are the key to any good garment. Having a good patterning department with a team that brings knowledge and experience.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
To continue building a great product and keeping consistent is one of the hardest things in business. I would like to be recognized as the best manufacturer in competitive suits and sponsor and work with the best athletes in the sport.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Finding qualified and reliable staff for manufacturing.
