Saskapaca X Alpacaweave is a Canadian, family-run company that was established by Polly and Bob Schindel. They live near Lintlaw, SK where they have a herd of about 100 alpacas that they use to produce a number of products. They sell the alpacas and create all forms of fibre products including fleece, yarn, handcrafted and machine crafted apparel and home decor. 

In addition, Saskapaca produces alpaca meat for people and pets. The meat is especially healthy and appealing because it is lean, tasty, grass fed and raised without hormones, antibiotics or vaccinations. The fibre from the alpacas is milled in Canada into luxurious yarn and they sell alpaca fibre socks which are known for their warmth, breathability and durability.
