Ricardo Cuisine is a collection of media, food, restaurant and food boutique businesses that is based in Quebec. It was founded by Ricardo Larrivée. Ricardo started out as a television host and food writer in the 1980s and then launched his own TV show in 2002 called RIcardo. In 2006 he had his own new show on The Food Network and then he gradually moved into magazine publishing and cookbooks. Ricardo Cuisine is now a privately held company that is involved in many aspects of the food industry.

The company runs two Cafe Ricardo restaurants and three food boutiques in the Montreal area and they publish a magazine and have their own app. The magazine and app and their website feature a vast selection of recipes and information. If that was not enough, they sell a huge number of food products and cooking equipment. Their food products can be found in grocery stores throughout Canada and you can purchase Ricardo cooking equipment and accessories online and in retail outlets.
