Duinkerken Foods is a Canadian company located in Summerside, PEI. In 1994, Brenda Duinkerken (the compnay’s founder) was diagnosed with celiac disease. Brenda is a passionate baker and she found that the available baking products were somewhat lacking. She decided to create her own baking mixes for herself and others with food sensitivities. In 2005, Duinkerken Foods was born.

Duinkerken has a ‘free from’ promise which means that their products are free from common allergens like wheat, dairy, eggs, palm oil, gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sulphites and sesame.
