The John Russell Honey Company is a proud Canadian company that has its headquarters in Winnipeg, Manitoba. John Russell founded the company in 1998 and they have over 450 bee hives that are usually located in the Petersfield area, north of Selkirk, MB. The company produces only unpasteurized honey as they believe that the pasteurization process destroys amino acids, enzymes, vitamins and minerals which decrease the honey’s nutritional value.

There are no artificial flavours or colours in their honey – they use real fruit, cocoa, spices, organic lemon and cinnamon for natural flavouring.
