Bamboobino is an award-winning line of baby and toddler clothing, bedding, and bathtime accessories made from soft, eco-friendly bamboo and organic cotton. All their products are made in Vancouver except their socks, crib sheets, and pandas, which are sourced ethically in Asia. Whenever possible, they use local suppliers.
Bamboobino was founded by Sharon Chai, a mum of two, in Vancouver, British Columbia. The company has been nominated for the 2007 Visions of Excellence Award, the 2008 and 2010 SavvyMom Mom Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and the 2010 Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Douglas College). In 2009, the company won an iParenting Award for Best Products, and in 2012 was chosen as the winner of the Parent Tested Parent Approved award.
