Bulldog Coffee is a Canadian-owned coffee shop in Toronto, ON. It was founded by barista Stuart Ross who left a career in investment banking to open his shop. Driven by both creativity and perfectionism, in 2005 he entered and won the Central Region Canadian Barista Championship where he had 15 minutes to create 12 coffee drinks. In 2007, after an appearance in the TV show Restaurant Makeover, he decided to add fresh baked goods to the menu at his shop.
