Cuban Lunch is a Canadian company making chocolate bars. In its current incarnation, the company has existed since 2018 after the product was resurrected by a couple from Alberta. They wanted to re-create the classic experience of Cuban Lunch chocolate bars.

Since then, they have sold hundreds of thousands of bars, though they have had their challenges in keeping the bars stocked due to huge demand. They have also relaunched the Rum & Butter bar.

An interesting fact: the term Cuban lunch was first used during the Spanish American Ware. It referred to the soldiers’ rectangular chocolate ration.
